| 2009 Yoga Retreat to Lake Atitlan, Guatemala DEEPENING YOUR PRACTICE: IYENGAR YOGA RETREAT WITH LARA BRUNN FEBRUARY 26TH- MARCH 7TH, 2009 Join Lara in Guatemala for a 10-day yoga retreat. Starting in the town of Antigua and staying 2 nights at the world-renowned hotel Panza Verde, you can explore the charm of this colonial city and ease into the yoga schedule with our first class on Friday morning in the hotel’s tranquil yoga studio. Options for spa treatment or day excursions will be available. From here, we will wend our way through beautiful Guatemalan highlands to Lake Atitlan where a short boat ride will take us to Villa Sumaya. Surrounded by legendary Mayan landscape and an uninterrupted vista punctuated only by a skyline of three breath-taking volcanoes, it is the perfect setting for developing and deepening your yoga practice, balancing effort with surrender, and learning to relax profoundly and extravagantly. |

| This 10-Day Yoga Retreat includes: This 10-day Iyengar yoga retreat includes: • 2 yoga classes daily - with an active 3-hour class in the morning and a 2- hour restorative class in the evening. • 2-night stay in luxurious accommodation at Panza Verde. • All ground and boat transportation to and from Antigua and Villa Sumaya • 7 night stay at Villa Sumaya in elegantly decorated rooms with full access to stunning views of the lake, spacious gardens, hot tubs, sauna and outdoor pagoda. • Delicious, healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. • Your choice of two excursions (possibilities include a trip to a thermal hot springs, or to a local volcano; a visit to Guatemala’s most famous market place or participate in an ancient, traditional protection ceremony led by a Mayan shaman. Prices range from $1,460 - $2,520 per person depending on choice of accommodation. $600 deposit is due by Oct. 1st to reserve your place.
