Tadasana (Mountain Pose)

Urdhva Hastasana (Upward Hand Position)

Urdhva Baddhanguliyasana (upward bound finger position)

Baddha Hastasana (bound hand position)

Prvtta Namaskarasana (reverse prayer position) 

Tadasana -->Urdhva Hastasana --> Uttanasana --> Adho Mukha Svanasana --> Uttanasana --> Urdhva Hastasana --> Namaskarasana --> Tadasana (repeat several times)

Uttitha Trikonasana (extended triangle pose)

Parsvottonasana (intense stretch of the sides of the body) i) with arms in baddha hastasana ii) with hands in prvtta namaskarasana

Prasarita Paddotonasana (wide foot pose)

Virasana (hero's pose)

Dandasana (staff pose)

Uttitha Triang Mukhaika Pada Paschimottonasana (1st stage: hands cupped by hips in three-prongs-of-one-leg, full-stretch-of-the-West-side-of-the-body pose)

Urdvha Hasta Triang Mukhaika Pada Paschimottonasana (2nd stage: arms extended up in "three prongs of one leg, full-stretch-of-the-West-side-of-the-Body Pose) 

Urdvha Mukha Triang Mukhaika Pada Paschimottonasana (3rd stage:holding big toe of out stretched leg and looking up toward ceiling with concave spine in three-prongs-o-one-leg, full-stretch-of-the-West-side-of-the-Body pose)

Triang Mukhaika Pada Paschimottonasana (final stage: extending forward in three-prongs-of-one-leg, full-stretch-of-the-West-side of the body pose) 

Baddhakonasana (bound angle pose/cobbler's pose)

Uttitha Janu Sirsasana (1st stage: hands cupped by hips, in head of the knee pose)

Urdhva Hasta Janu Sirsasana (2nd stage: arms extended up towards ceiling in head-of-knee pose)

Urdvha Mukha Janu Sirsasana (3d stage: holding big toe of extended leg, look up towards ceiling with concave back in head-of the-knee pose)

Janu Sirsasana (final stage: extending forward in head-of-the-knee pose)
